Rear Admiral Daniel R. Bowler, USN (ret)

 
Daniel R. Bowler is the President, The Whitehall Group, LLC, an independent defense consulting company. In this role he assists Owl Computing in achieving its strategic goals and marketing initiatives with the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.

Mr. Bowler served in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral with nearly 33 years of service. He participated in combat operations in Vietnam, the Persian Gulf and the Balkans. From 2003-2009, Mr. Bowler was the Vice-President, Navy Systems, Sensors and Advanced Technology Solutions in the Washington Operations office of the Lockheed Martin Corporation. Mr. Bowler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Naval Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, graduating in 1970. He was a awarded a Burke Scholarship on graduation using it to earn a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from Georgetown University in 1975. Additionally, he has completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Seminar XXI program in National Security. He has also participated in Executive Programs at the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government, and has studied at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
 

Brig. Gen. Gary Connor, USAF (ret)

 
General Gary Connor brings over 20 years of senior executive management experience leading multi-billion dollar enterprises and thousands of people to develop and field fighter, missile defense, command & control, and intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance systems for the US, NATO & Allies. Senior leadership positions included Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Director, MDA; Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications, Multi-National Force, Iraq; Commander, Command & Control (C2), ISR & Battle Management Systems Wings, Hanscom AFB, MA, and; Director Reconnaissance Systems Program Office, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Retiring in 2009 from 31 years of distinguished service, General Connor started his own consulting company, Connor Group, LLC, supporting a diverse array of Federal, Defense and commercial technology endeavors.

Gary is currently on the board of directors at Torch Technologies, Inc., an employee-owned, rapidly growing small business HQ’ed in Huntsville, AL. General Connor earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Lowell, Lowell, Massachusetts.
 

Anton “Tony” F. Kitz

 
Tony Kitz as President of MM Technology, Inc., San Jose, CA, provides technical, management, configuration management, and quality assurance consulting services to utility organizations and to companies supplying products, software, and services to the utility industry. Tony has over forty three years of management, technical, and marketing/sales experience in the power generation industry and currently focuses on IT support and cyber security. He is a Subject Matter Expert and Consultant regarding plant information systems, data historians, real-time data acquisition system hardware, architecture, and software; and cybersecurity.

Credentialed as a Professional Engineer in California and Illinois, Mr. Kitz earned a BS in Engineering at the University of Illinois, studied at Northwestern University in postgraduate and MBA programs, and attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
 

Brigadier General Gary M. Jones, USA (ret)

 
General Jones as President at Myrmidon Consulting, LLC brings over 28 years’ military experience as a seasoned military leader who commanded at all levels of the Army’s tactical and operational formations. General Jones is recognized as a proven, experienced-forged senior leader in military and international affairs. He has managed programs and deployments at national and international levels, with extensive operational expertise in Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, central Asia, the Caribbean, Central America and the Middle East.

Jones is an alumnus of Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and is a graduate of the Army War College and Conflict Management & Negotiations programs; John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and the Greensboro School of Leadership.
 

Richard G. Turner

 
Senior Business Development Executive specializing in the US Intelligence Community, for clients in gaining domain knowledge into the US Intelligence Community. These efforts follow a rewarding career as a Federal Government Senior Executive with over 32 years experience in the Defense, Civil and Intelligence Communities. In business development roles, Rick has supported Unisys Corporation and GTSI Corp. in their market penetration objectives. From 2001-2003, Mr. Turner held the position of Chief Information Officer/Principal Director for Information & Special Programs at the National Security Agency (NSA) Senior Executive, responsible for enterprise-wide information and technology management, reporting directly to the Director, National Security Agency/Central Security Service.

Mr. Turner is an alumnus of the University of Alabama with BS degrees in Mathematics and Psychology, and has participated in management programs at the Federal Executive Institute and the George Washington University Contemporary Executive Development Program. In a wide-ranging service career, a notable effort was his contribution with the Department of the Army Staff at the Pentagon responsible for the implementation of the Army aspect of the Defense Data Network, today’s .mil domain on the Internet.
