promptly responding to inquiries about products and services and identifying opportunities during customer contacts to sell additional products
and services.

Department of Defense and enterprise security configuration best practices. These practices are based on guidelines, such as those provided by the
National Institute of Standards and Technology (e.g., NIST 800-53, USGCB), DoD’s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and the Center
for Internet Security (CIS).
