Owl OCDS-FT01 on UCDMO Baseline

Owl OCDS-FT01, on the Unified Cross Domain Management Office UCDMO Baseline Inventory, supports cross domain data flows required for file transfers across network security domains of different security classifications, in the low-to-high direction. The objective of Owl OCDS-FT01 is to provide a certifiable one-way solution with a base set of capabilities -- configurable as enabled or disabled -- as dictated by changing mission and security requirements, leading to re-use among programs that require similar capabilities.
