Owl ScanFile Management System (OSMS)

Designed to support the efficient and safe transfer of data from a lower security network to a higher security network, and to operate as a network service permitting multiple, authorized users. Owl ScanFile Management System (OSMS) processes document malware scanning and quarantine subsystems and efficiently reports the results -- exceptions, transaction audit information, and syslog data. OSMS delivers the processed document to the controlled interface (Directory File Transfer System (DFTS)) for transfer to the higher security network destination.

Owl ScanFile Management System (OSMS) cross-domain solution enables multiple authorized users to initiate the sending of information from a low security network, obtain an efficient document malware scan and results reporting prior to transferring the information to a higher security network. OSMS extends the capabilities of Owl Directory File Transfer System one-way controlled network interface.  Owl ScanFile Management Service is interoperable with all major malware scanning software products.
