Software Technical Services
Software Technical Services are available for Owl products/solutions using High-capacity Communication Cards (this service includes Hotline Service and Support, Software Updates) and on-site problem resolution by Personnel with the appropriate security clearance, when necessary. Owl also offers On-Site installation and training of all products/solution. |

Reliability Service Option
Reliability Service Option includes three to five years of continued Software Technical Services, and a similiar period of continued Hardware Warranty for the Send-only and Receive-only Communication Cards, and Fiber Optic Cable with one Send-only and one Receive-only Communication Card at your premises for the duration of the period of performance.

Hardware Warranty
90 Days Hardware Warranty and 90 Days Software Technical Services come with Owl Software Communication Card Sets, with an option for annual coverage as well. |
