Low-To-High Managed File Transfer
Owl ScanFile Management System (OSMS)

Designed to support the efficient and safe transfer of data from a lower security network to a higher security network, and to operate as a network service permitting multiple, authorized users. Owl ScanFile Management System (OSMS) processes document malware scanning and quarantine subsystems and efficiently reports the results -- exceptions, and transaction audit information. OSMS delivers the processed document to the controlled interface Directory File Transfer System (DFTS) for transfer to the higher security network destination. OSMS cross-domain solution enables multiple authorized users to initiate the sending of information from a low security network, obtain an efficient document malware scan and results reporting prior to transferring the information to a higher security network. OSMS extends the capabilities of Owl Directory File Transfer System one-way controlled network interface.  Owl ScanFile Management Service is interoperable with all major malware scanning software products.

Secure Network Transfer System (SNTS)

SNTS supports concurrent transfer of multiple data types (specifically UDP, TCP, and files) through a single installed pair of Owl's one-way data transfer hardware. While previous Owl products achieved maximum throughput by dedicating hardware and throughput-optimized software for each datatype, SNTS achieves maximum flexibility of use through integration of previously separate software products. SNTS provides seamless TCP and UDP socket-based network connectivity with Owl's Common Criteria EAL certified one-way DualDiode® data transfer hardware, and is the product of choice for customers who handle dissimilar data types concurrently at lower throughput levels. SNTS features include IP routing and IP filtering. SNTS also includes Owl's TCP-based file transfer application, Remote File Transfer Service (RFTS), allowing users to concurrently transfer files, streaming video, SNMP TRAP, and UNIX syslog messages.

Scientech R*TIME is a real-time data acquisition, display, and man-machine interface, and control system software program. Network Packet Transfer System (NPTS)

NPTS provides secure one-way transfer for network monitoring or sniffing. NPTS Send-only software “listens for” and processes all raw Ethernet packets on the source network, sending them across the DualDiode® one-way path. On the Receive-only server, NPTS restores the traffic to native Ethernet packet format for processing by a client IDS monitoring system. NPTS may be configured as a standalone application when matched with any Owl Communication Card types. Because Owl 2500 hardware, operating at a link speed of 2.488Gbps, may be configured with discrete transfer channels, NPTS monitoring traffic may employ a single high-bandwidth channel, with remaining channels free to support other one-way transfer applications (file transfer, streaming video, syslog messages, etc.) – all across the single fiber link.

Owl Release Management System (ORMS)

Designed to support reliable human review efficiently as a downguard, to ensure the safe release of information from high security enclaves in a manner consistent with security policies, and to operate as a network service permitting multiple, authorized users. ORMS processes document content filtering subsystems, and reports the results. The system reports exceptions, transaction audit information, and syslog data, and delivers the document to the controlled interface Directory File Transfer System (DFTS) for transfer to the lower security network destination. ORMS cross-domain solutions enable multiple authorized users to initiate the release of information from a high security network, obtain an efficient document content examination and “dirty word” search. ORMS reports the results, and ensures the necessary second human review prior to transferring the information to a lower security network. ORMS extends the capabilities of the Owl Directory File Transfer System controlled network interface.
