The Secure Video Transfer System SVTS transfers video streams (exploiting UDP datagram transport) between two networks – low-to-high security, peer-to-peer, and high-to-low. SVTS satisfies the defined need for secure, real-time transfer of high quality video collected by a wide variety of sources (UAVs, UGVs, video surveillance, etc). As networks evolve from legacy IPv4-to-IPv6 environments, SVTS provides a secure cross-domain streaming video solution to support concurrent streams of IPv4 and authenticated IPv6 flows. Multiple video streams are multiplexed, and are transferred cross-domain, using Owl Computing EAL-4 Common Criteria certified DualDiode™ Technology. They are then de-multiplexed, and delivered in unicast, broadcast or multicast modes. The video transfer is unidirectional, significantly hardening the security of the communications link between two networks.
